Sizzling Garlic Chicken Stir-Fry with Peppers & Steamed Rice

1️⃣ Cook the rice

Rinse the rice well.

Add rice + water to a pot, cover, and cook on low heat until the water is absorbed.

Set aside.

2️⃣ Cook the chicken

Heat oil in a pan.

Add the diced chicken, season lightly with salt, and fry until golden brown.

Remove and set aside.

3️⃣ Cook the vegetables

In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed.

Add garlic, peppers, and onion.

Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes. Vegetables should stay slightly crunchy.

4️⃣ Add the sauce

Return the chicken to the pan.

Add soy sauce + oyster sauce + honey + vinegar + paprika/chili flakes.

Mix well and let the sauce thicken slightly.

5️⃣ Serve

Plate the chicken stir-fry next to hot steamed rice.
